Once the goods are received on return shipment, the products are checked and found to be in the condition in which they were sent then a refund will be processed within 14 days.

For returns from your country you are required to send the returned products to our Turkish Rug Bazaar warehouse in Istanbul Turkey at your own cost.

You are responsible to return the item and for the return shipment costs, Credit Card charges and import taxes.

Turkish Rug Bazaar reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipment from your country and import taxes on return to country of origin.

Customers may also choose a replacement product or a request a credit note valid for 1 year from date of issue instead of refund.

You can contact our customer service via and acquire a “returns authorization number”. This e-mail is important as it gives both parts (Customer and Turkish Rug Bazaar Ltd) a written dated record of customer’s intention, and allows us to send you a return authorization number and our return address so that we can process your return. Returned items without Return Authorization Number will not be accepted in our warehouse.
Following your e-mail, we ask that you return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of authorization code. The product(s) will be delivered to us at your expense, in unused and undamaged condition being fully and securely packaged. For your peace of mind, we recommend returning products using an insured, signed for carriage service. Otherwise we are not responsible if the product is lost or damaged by the shipping company.
Returned products are checked by one of our senior team members and once confirmation of goods being returned in the same condition in which they were sent we immediately start refund process which should take no longer than 14 days to be processed.

Please be aware that refunds will only be made for the orders where these conditions are followed. If a product is returned which does not qualify for a refund, you will be informed, and it will remain your property. We will hold it for one month, at no charge, for you to collect in person or by courier.
Refunds are usually paid within 14 days of the return, depending on your card issuer or bank. Please note that you (customers) are responsible for the cost of return shipment and import taxes. We will issue you with a full refund on the price at time of purchase, minus our delivery cost.


All above mentioned conditions are valid, but pricing is as follows:

Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipment. We will evaluate the returning item’ value as follows: the purchase price minus our delivery costs plus 20% import, 8% value added tax (tax of Turkish Republic), 3 % insurance, 3.5% Credit Card or 3% stripes fees and loss arising from stripes conversion rate, handling charges and any additional charges relating to the recovery of the goods.

After deducting the above fees from the purchase price, the balance is deducted from the replacing item’s price. If this calculation’s result is positive, then replacement is shipped after receiving the full funds of balance from customer.

If the calculation’s result is negative, the balance will be paid by us to the customer.

Please note that shipping costs and charges are non-refundable and products which are stated as non-returnable/non-refundable will remain outside of this process.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund by expected date please check your bank account first then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is not the case:
